JY160 - Whitbread

Attenuative yeast, well suited for higher gravity ales and beers that you want to attenuate deep. Flocculates extremely well and turns over beers fast. Excessive cooling can result in premature flocculation and slow downs/stalls. Resuspension of the yeast cake will finish things out nicely. Great for American styles as well, used by one of the largest IPA brewers in the world as a dependable house strain. Great for warm-dry hopping, the yeast will drop out at almost any temperature when its done.
